50 Spring Street
Oxford Railway Depot
- Constructed in 1884 by the East Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia Railroad.
- Was used for passengers and freight shipments of iron and cotton.
- Ceased operations in 1962.
- Purchased in 2021 by downtown business owner and city council member Charlotte Hubbard, began restoration process.
- Opened in 2024 as Spring Street Station, a dining and event venue.
- Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
