- Dr. Jimmy Walker used the location for his family dentistry practice from 1966 to 1985.
- Dr. Steven Lynch took over the practice from 1985 to 2010.
- Dr. Lynch was a member and deacon at First Baptist of Oxford and was a charitable man who gave back to his community. He tragically died unexpectedly at the age 51.
- In 2022, the building was acquired by the Edwin Mortgage Team.
