Clark Jinks-Alfa Insurance became one of the newest businesses to call Oxford home during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024.

 The Jacksonville State graduate was surrounded by family and friends as the new location celebrated its official opening at 1986 U.S. Highway 78 East.

 “This is such a blessing, and I want to thank God for giving me this opportunity,” Jinks said. “My family and the whole community have really rallied around me and made me feel special.”

 Historic Main Street Oxford director Hunter Gentry spoke on behalf of Mayor Alton Craft.

 “Thank you for opening your business in our great city,” Gentry said. “The city and our staff are always willing to help if you need us.”

 Jinks has won several Alfa Insurance awards and looks forward to helping families in Oxford, Anniston, Munford, Heflin, Eastaboga, Lincoln, Jacksonville, and Talladega protect the things that are most important to them.
