Public Hearing – to receive comments on the condemnation notice sent to Danley Brothers 4 LLC for a structure located at 100 McKibbon Street to show cause, if any, as to why the structure located on the property should not be condemned

Public Hearing – to receive comments on the condemnation notice sent to Danley Brothers 4 LLC for a structure located at 112 McKibbon Street to show cause, if any, as to why the structure located on the property should not be condemned

Ordinance No. 2024-30 – Ordinance prohibiting the sale and delivery of certain dangerous substances. (Passed 4-0)

Ordinance No. 2024- 25 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 130 Digby Road from General Business District (GB) to Agricultural District (AG) (Passed 4-0)

Resolution No. 2024 – 101 – Resolution condemning the structure located at 100 McKibbon Street and Resolution No. 2024 – 102 – Resolution condemning the structure located at 112 McKibbon Street. (Passed 4-0 with owners given a 60-day grace period to make required improvements to the properties.)

Set a Public Hearing for November 12, 2024, to consider the following request, which was considered by the Oxford Planning Commission at their October 1, 2024 meeting: Zoning request from Gerald Grizzard to rezone property located at 214 Old Highway 202 from Residential 1 District (R-1) to Residential 2 District (R-2).
