Public Hearing – to consider a zoning request from GC Group Holdings LLC to rezone property located at 0 U.S. Highway 78 (PIN210) from Agricultural District (AG) to Planned Development 1 District (PD-1)
Ordinance No. 2025- 04 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 0 U.S. Highway 78 (PIN210) from Agricultural District (AG) to Planned Development 1 District (PD-1) (Approved 5-0)
Ordinance No. 2025- 05 – Ordinance declaring real property located at 21 Alan Street surplus and authorizing its sale. (Approved 5-0)
CONSENT AGENDA: (Approved 5-0)
Resolution No. 2025- 05 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Construction Agreement with the Alabama Department of Transportation for the extension an existing industrial access road off McIntosh Road.
Resolution No. 2025- 06 – Resolution declaring certain vehicles/equipment surplus and authorizing their sale/disposal.
Resolution No. 2025- 07 – Resolution awarding the bid for two (2) new and unused Ford Ranger Crewcab Pickups to C. A. Russell Ford in the total amount of $65,782.00.
Resolution No. 2025- 08 – Resolution amending the FY 2025 Budget in the total amount of $2,000.00 for the purpose of supporting Cheaha Cheer and Tumble.
