Ordinance No. 2025- 13 - Ordinance declaring real property surplus at Leon Smith Parkway and Boiling Springs Road and authorizing its conveyance to Holmes and Holmes Holding LLC Series 10. (Approved 5-0)
CONSENT AGENDA: (Approved 5-0)
Resolution No. 2025- 16 – Resolution approving a subdivision plat for Oxford Oaks by GC Group Holdings, LLC
Resolution No. 2025- 17 – Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget and making an appropriation to the Oxford School System in the total amount of $2,632.00 for the Oxford High School Jacket Media program.
Resolution No. 2025- 18 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Three Notch Group, Inc. dba CDG, Inc. for engineering professional services for the sidewalk improvements along Main Street from Oak Street to Thomason Street.
Resolution No. 2025- 19 – Resolution appointing Council Member Mike Henderson as the Voting Delegate for the Business Session of the Annual Convention of the Alabama League of Municipalities.
Set a Public Hearing for April 8, 2025, to consider the following requests which were considered by the Oxford Planning Commission at their March 4, 2025 meeting: Zoning request from Genie and Amanda Pembrook to rezone property located at 1770 Beck Road from General Business District (GB) to Agricultural District (AG).
