Public Hearing – to consider a zoning request from Genie and Amanda Pembrook to rezone property located at 1770 Beck Road from General Business District (GB) to Agricultural District (AG).
Ordinance No. 2025- 14 – Ordinance rezoning property located at 1770 Beck Road from General Business District (GB) to Agricultural District (AG). (Approved 3-0)
CONSENT AGENDA:
Resolution No. 2025- 20 – Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an equipment and service agreement with SNOWMAGIC for a 50Ton ICS Snowmaking Unit and associated services for Festival of Lights. (Died for lack of a second)
Resolution No. 2025- 21 – Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget and making an appropriation to the Health Care Authority of the City of Oxford in the total amount of $2,195,000.00 for Capital Improvements. (Approved 3-0)
Set a Public Hearing for April 22, 2025, to consider a condemnation at 1106 Taylors Chapel Road.
