Ordinance No. 2026- 09 – Ordinance annexing the property of Landon and Kennedy Cates Embry, 2414 Gunnels Lane, Talladega County. (Approved 5-0).

Resolution No. 2026-27 – Resolution appointing Hunter Gentry to the Zoning Board of Adjustments.

Resolution No. 2026- 29 – Resolution approving a Short-Term Rental Permit request for 11 Hickory Hills Circle, Darlene Hill.
